Impregnated Diamond Core Bits
The IMP diamond bits are used for drilling on medium to ultra hard formation. By selection of the right bit, drill life and penetration rate can be increased.
The crown is formed with a mixture of metal powder and diamond matrix. Matrix is wore away during the drilling process and new layer of diamond is exposed to renew the cutting points.
PCD bits are designed for drilling on soft formation at a high penetration rate.
TC bits are made for cutting soft formation. TC bits are widely used in engineering and geological drilling for their high cost effectiveness.
Rods & Casing Shoe
Rods and casing shoes are connected to the end of drill rod or casing string. They assist in seating drilling rod and casing string into bedrock and maintain the size of drilling hole.
